Course outline
Session 1: Understanding your own Internal Dialogue
Most of us are unaware and entirely victimized by a lack of understanding about what is going on within us and how it consumes our energy. In this session we will dive into your internal systems for both horses and people in order to free up your thoughts and energy!
Session 2: External Expression
Here we will develop a greater awareness of what your pattern is and how you can practice expressing your energy in a way that will increase your ability to communicate with both horses and humans!
Session 3: Forming Connections
We have all developed habits and patterns around how we connect with people but many of you haven’t realized that your pattern has become one of the major reasons you are stuck. In this session we will awaken you to your pattern and develop new ways to find connections with others!
